This morning my Blackberry blew up with comment notification for muses and communities that have been the most inactive. All of the “comments” were from Russian or Nigerian bots of one kind or another. Having logged into six different accounts already, deleted all of the “comments” and banned all the users, it made me realize that it is one way for me to maintain activity in those groups and journals..
Livejournal continues to be a monumental PIA. I do not have nearly as many of these issues with Dreamwidth. Clearly, all of this began when SUP took over the site. It really is a shame, there are many communities and people still here on LJ that I miss terribly. I have no idea if anyone even reads this journal that I rarely update, and when I do, it i is to play in places such as , and even there I have been very lax.

Signed up but never go to DW. I’m on IJ for RPing stuff and LJ for personal stuff. Miss you as well!
I have a hard time with IJ, for whatever reason. I am on the list for a couple groups but never get any notifies.
Just randomly signed into this journal today for the first time in a long time… so still around if not “here” exactly! But of course I had to come see Fanny! I miss her AND you and hope life has been treating you as fabulously as you deserve! *hugs!*
I haven’t used LJ or RPed or anything in what seems like EONS… but after delving back into fandom stuff a bit recently I quickly discovered that it seems like tons of folks have moved to DW. So, I did create an account over there, but have barely used it yet.
I don’t know exactly when the general annoyingness started here on LJ (I had pretty much vacated before the SUP takeover due to no longer having a computer/home internet connection), but I do seem to have like 38738544 bajillion spam “comments” on all my old pup journals… so yeah, that’s annoying! I do really miss reading all the pup journals/communities I used to frequent and it’s sad to see so many of them no longer being used!
